This is a colloquial word that basically means preferences. It's your laundry list of what you would rather have IF you can get it and I believe it most likely comes from saying "I'd rather..." (probably with some kind of rural or regional accent) and then the S on the end means you've listed out multiple things you would rather have or multiple reasons why this specific detail matters to you. To my mind, it implies a stigmatized out group that gets insufficient respect speaking to preferences that are not merely "nice to have."
